How does it work?

In each training session, we will deliver targeted training that sets you up to succeed in your health and fitness journey. We will look at the basics of movement, strength, and fitness and develop your understanding of techniques and good lifestyle habits.

The training programme will include an initial assessment of your needs and ability followed by all your training sessions for the month; some that’ll be completed with your coach and others to complete on your own.

You’ll also receive advice and tools on how to work on your nutrition, wellbeing, mobility, and recovery.

Training sessions can be booked around your schedule and all training sessions are exclusive - just you and your coach in the private studio.


Please note this is not a transformation package. Fee will educate and train you so that you develop the fundamental tools to train effectively for your long-term health.
