Train to Optimise Health
personal training

Whether you want to kick start your fitness for the first time or if you’ve got a specific health goal in mind, this is for you.

Fee will design a training programme for you so that you not only meet your goals, but also maintain your health and fitness long term.

Through weekly or twice weekly sessions, Fee will be with you every step of the way. Fee will also design homework sessions should that be required.

Note, Fee does not offer short term, intensive transformations! Your health and fitness habits aren’t just for Christmas (or for the beach as the case may be).

Train to Perform
personal training

Through Strength and Conditioning (S&C) together we will develop a periodised performance programme to develop attributes specific to your sport.

Fee will design and deliver focussed training to help you achieve your goals throughout the season or for an upcoming event. 

Training includes the development of weightlifting and powerlifting techniques and their derivatives and structured energy systems programming.

Movement, mobility and prehab will also be incorporated to compliment the demands of sport and to help you best the best you can be.

Youth Training
1 -1 personal training for youth athletes

Does your daughter or son have a passion for sport?

Getting them started on a future-thinking strength and fitness programme will have a huge impact on their ability to excel in their sport and will mitigate injuries long term.

Training begins with developing the foundations of strength and fitness. Together, we’ll progress through to developing the specific attributes needed in their sport.

Buddy Training

For people who prefer to train with a buddy!

Bring your own buddy or let us know you’d be keen on being buddied up with one of our members! You’ll be matched up on ability, goals, and personality.

Remote
training programme design - online

1-1 PT isn’t for everyone. Whether it’s because your work schedule is unpredictable or you simply prefer training on your own, world-class coaching is still available to you.

Fee will design you a bespoke training programme based on your goals, ability, and time availability. Programmes are written every 4-6 weeks and include video demos, progressions, and fortnightly check-ins.

This service is entirely remote. Only for highly motivated and competent gym goers!
